Dichroic glass is unparalleled in its stunning, eye-catching beauty. If you have never seen dichroic glass in person you owe it to yourself to do so! Thin layers of metal (gold, silver, titanium, chromium, aluminium, zirconium, magnesium, silicon) are applied to the surface of the glass, which is then kiln fired at extreme temperatures in a vacuum. Variations in the firing process result in each piece of dichroic glass being unique.
